Please note that all new clients must complete a Mental Health Evaluation prior to booking individual therapy sessions. This essential first step ensures we understand your needs and pair you with the right therapist for your healing journey. A comprehensive mental health evaluation conducted by a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to assess your mental health needs, provide a diagnosis if applicable, and develop a personalized treatment plan together. This initial consultation is offered in a safe, confidential, and supportive environment, available online for your convenience. It's the first step towards understanding your unique path to healing and well-being.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions Health is the secure platform where telehealth services are provided, including consent forms. You will be asked to pay for services via Sessions Health once you book an appointment and a profile/account is created. Your appointment is not confirmed until a profile/account is created on Sessions Health and payment is received. To cancel or reschedule please contact us within 24 hours. You can reschedule/cancel appointment as long as it is within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Please note: Failure to cancel/reschedule appointments within the required timeframe will result in a $70.00 fee to the responsible payor or guarantor.
